Dr. Kitzman has a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Chemistry from Texas Lutheran University, and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and an MBA from the University of Florida.

He has had a varied career, having published scientific articles in peer reviewed journals, been a technical trainer in the semiconductor industry, taught college courses, worked on needs analysis for small businesses, been involved in technology transfer projects with NASA, performed anti-terrorism training with state and local emergency management officials, been a technical writer, and has worked in business development with a biotechnology company.

Currently he has his own business, Kitzman Enterprises, where he is a Nutraceutical Consultant – working with nutritional supplements to aid with preventative health.

He works with individuals who are interested in nutritional supplementation, with health professionals who are interested in incorporating nutritional supplementation into their practice, and with companies interested in implementing corporate wellness improvements and practices.
