I found an article from earlier this year that is absolutely correct in which vitamins you should be taking to improve your health.
Multivitamin – As I have mentioned before, due to many factors such as soil nutrient depletion and eating over-processed under-nutritious food, it is not possible for us to obtain proper nutrition from just our food alone. As such, a good multivitamin is essential to your nutritional regimen.
Vitamin D3 – Vitamin D3 does so many things for your body, including aiding with proper calcium absorption of bone, and having anti-cancer effects (for which there is a great deal of easily accessible research).
Omega 3 Fish Oils – These contain the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. Whenever you see the word essential with respect to nutrition, it, means that your body cannot make it, therefore you have to take it. Omega 3s function in maintaining cardiovascular, joint, and nervous system health. Think of them also as WD-40 for your joints.
Probiotics – These are the good bacteria that keep your digestive system and immune system functioning properly. For more information on this, please see my previous post.
Magnesium – Magnesium is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions and counting. yet most of us are deficient in this mineral. For more information on this, please see my previous post .
All of these nutrients are needed on a daily basis for proper health. It is essential that you take high quality supplements to ensure proper nutrition. I recommend the following supplements based on the quality and absorption of them by the body.
