This is an excellent article where the author discusses the question “if he could only take five supplements, which five would he take?”
Because of the fact that the food we eat no longer contains all of the nutrients we need on a daily basis, nutritional supplementation is vital to maintaining proper health. I agree with the five supplements that he mentions in the article. However, I would add a sixth supplement – a high quality antioxidant. With all of the toxins that would body is exposed to from both internal and external environments, we need a high quality antioxidant to help us to detoxify ourselves.
