Happy Eighth Anniversary!

Today is a very special day!  On 9/12/06, I opened up my business, so today I celebrate my eighth anniversary!  It has been a wild ride, but I am very glad that I have been on it.  I love being my own boss, and I love being able to make a positive change in people’s lives!

Long story short – having worked for the state and for private industry, I got tired of working with “business challenged people”.  Having seen the improvements in my own health in working with these products, and in seeing how this business works, I decided to strike out on my own.  It was scary at first, and there are days where it still is scary.  But nothing beats being your own boss and setting your own hours.  I wouldn’t trade it for anything!  And this month, I was honored with the Entrepreneur of the Month award from the Business Owners Networking Group.  I am truly humbled and honored in having received this award.

As with all small businesses, I wear a number of hats.  With my nutritional consulting business, I work as a consultant with individuals who are interested in health, wellness, and weight management in order to help them to meet their health goals through the use of customized nutritional and wellness solutions.  I also work with health professionals to help them to implement revenue-generating customized wellness solutions into their practices.  This is a turnkey business to help health professionals meet the wellness needs of their patients and the financial needs of their practices.  The third hat that I wear is that I own a string of successful internet franchises where I help people to save money on their everyday purchases online, through our cash back program and through our affiliate marketing program.  I can also help people who are looking for a Plan B to help them set up their own businesses through the use of these internet franchises.  We are always growing and expanding and I am looking for good people.  There are several different areas in the company where you can work.   So if you know anyone who might be interested in any of those things, I would love to talk to them.
