I am very pleased to announce that I will be speaking at the Oak Hill United Methodist Church on this Tuesday 10/26/10 as part of the Your Future Years seminar Series. The title of my talk is Stay Health, Keep Well. If you or somebody you know is older or planning on getting older, please come out and support this series.
